Our returns team are available to take your call between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Prior authorisation must be sought in the form of a Returns, RA, number before returning any faulty, damaged or wrongly (re stocking fee may apply) ordered goods. This number can be obtained from our returns department, email@example.com.
The customer is responsible for returning goods to AVSL Group at their expense, after 28 days from date of invoice from AVSL Group, and for providing proof of delivery. Goods returned without authorisation will be credited less a handling charge of 25% of the total value. The processing of any credits due, will be between 7 - 10 working days on receipt of the items back to us.

Please note : When receiving deliveries it is important to check the number of cartons being signed for. Any shortages must be notified to the AVSL Group sales department within 72 hours.
AVSL Group offers a 12 month warranty on all goods sold. This warranty period starts from the date of the AVSL Group invoice for the goods.
