AVSL is committed to ensuring that all of its products are safe and legal to use.

To comply with all required directives and standards, we employ two QC and compliance staff in the UK and one in China. We also offer full technical and spares backup and a warranty repair service to our account customers. Each new product undergoes a stringent quality control procedure to ensure its suitability and compliance with relevant standards. Regular checks ensure the product quality is maintained across shipments so that any technical issues are resolved before they become problematic.

By organising ongoing ‘product awareness’ sessions for all members of the AVSL team, a high level of technical product knowledge is available at all levels of the company with most technical queries solved quickly and efficiently by a simple phone call.
